Who we are

What data we collect

If you use the booking enquiry form, we collect only what you type into it:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number, if you leave one
• Date
• Venue
• City
• Event type
• Message

The host also keeps basic technical logs needed to run the site, such as IP address, browser type, the date and time of a request, and the page that was requested. We do not ask for an account, and we do not run analytics.

Why and legal basis

We use enquiry details to reply and to take the steps you asked for before a booking. That is a pre-contractual request under GDPR Article 6(1)(b).

We also rely on legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f): answering booking questions, keeping a record of the conversation, and using short technical logs to keep the site secure and reliable. Those interests are limited to running this booking site. They are not used to advertise to you.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical logs as part of delivering the pages.

Booking enquiries are delivered by email through Resend, and the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare also hosts the site. If you email us directly, that message is stored in the mailbox for davongoodchildbookings@gmail.com.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not pass it to advertisers.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last message about that enquiry, then deleted or anonymised. We may keep a record for longer only when the law requires it, for example a confirmed booking that has to stay in the accounts.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct data that is wrong
• Erase data we no longer need
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Receive a portable copy of the data you gave us

Email davongoodchildbookings@gmail.com and say which right you want to use. We may ask for enough detail to make sure the request is yours. We will reply within one month.

Complaints

You can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at cnpd.pt. You can contact us first if you want help sorting something out.

Cookies

This site currently sets no non-essential cookies and uses no analytics.

Embedded third-party players, if any are added later, may set their own cookies when you play them. Those cookies are controlled by that service, not by this site.
